Free Initial Consultation
This can either be face to face or by phone. The starting point is to do a sense check to see whether you can realistically borrow the amount you need. Once we are confident, we should be able to help we will then refine your enquiry and go through some of the options available on the market place aiding us to find the best fit. Just as importantly, this also gives you a chance to meet us and decide whether we are the right fit. Should you decide to proceed, we will ask you to formalise your permission for us to commence chargeable work for you by signing this Agreement. If you decide not to work with us, there will be no charge for this initial meeting.
Research and Analysis
Armed with this information we will research what we feel is the most competitive and suitable lender for your needs and confirm whether you fit our chosen lender’s criteria. Placing a loan can be complex and for more complex criteria the number of lenders that will consider it will reduce. This is where our skills come into play as our experience of the market place will help place the more complex cases.
Recommendation Report
Once we have found the right lender and confirmed that you fit their criteria, we will see you through the application process until the loan has started. We will confirm our recommendations in writing.
Ongoing Service
Although many of our clients come back to us when they wish to review their mortgage we do not incorporate a mortgage or Equity release review within our fees for arranging the original loan.
