Investment advice and pensions

Our typical charge is an upfront charge of £475 to review, research, and report on your financial needs.

Our initial Charges for implementation will depend on the size of fund.

For example, for funds of £100,000 and under the charge is currently 3.00% (e.g £75,000 invested would incur a fee of £2,250.00); for funds over £100,000 and under £500,000 the charge is 2.00% (e.g. £250,000 invested would incur a fee of £5,000); and for funds in excess of £500,000 the charge is 1.00% (e.g. £550,000 invested would incur a fee of £5,500).

You then have the option of taking up our ongoing service. For our full Pro-active Service we charge 1%pa of funds under management under £50,000 (e.g. £45,000 would be £450pa), over £50,001 and under £500,000 we charge 0.75% (e.g. £250,000 would be £1,875pa), and over £500,000 we charge 0.5% (e.g. £550,000 would be £2,750pa) . Our Pro-active Service includes two face-to-face visits and an annual report on all your investments under our agency.

Insurances and mortgages
Generally, the lender or provider covers our fee. However for Mortgages under £150,000 we charge an additional £250 arrangement fee.

Your home or property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage. The Financial Conduct Authority does not regulate some aspects of buy to let mortgages.

Equity Release: This is a lifetime mortgage or home reversion plan. To understand the features and risks, ask for a personalised illustration.
